The HOA Office is our management hub where all accounting, vendor relations, resident communication and record keeping take place.
More specifically, they manage the following:
- CC&R Oversight
- Code Enforcement
- Management of Board Meetings and Other Association Meetings
- Oversight of Common Areas, Parks and Trails. Safety Inspections of Parks.
- Architectural Plan Submittal and Processing
- Publish Pony Express
- Request For Proposal (RFP) creation and Bid solicitation.
- Vendor Invoice Processing
- Vendor Management
- Billing Inquiries and Dispute Resolution
- General Association Inquiries
- Facility Management and Maintenance
- Community Arena Management
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
In order to better serve our residents, the Nellie Gail Owners Association Office will not be taking calls or walk-ins on Tuesdays & Thursdays between the hours of 12:30 – 2:00 PM. These hours will be used to complete projects in a timely manner and to limit distractions. If you call during these working hours, your message will be returned promptly.
