The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) works with homeowners wanting to make improvements or changes to their properties by guiding them through the process in order to remain in compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations.

Any significant change to your home or property requires approval.  Simple repainting or re-roofing may require a simpler sign-off.  Please consult the Architectural Guidelines below.  Submissions for approval are due by the close of business on the last business day of the month.  ARC meetings are the second Monday of each month at 9:30 am.  You are welcome to attend and it may be helpful if there are questions about your proposal, which could help avoid delays to your project.
